What to Expect

Pressurization
The chamber gradually pressurizes over 10–15 minutes. You may feel mild ear pressure — similar to descending in an airplane. Swallowing or yawning equalizes it.
Treatment Phase
Breathe normally through the oxygen mask or hood. Many clients read, sleep, or listen to music during the 60–90 minute treatment phase.
Depressurization
The chamber slowly returns to normal pressure over 10–15 minutes. No decompression stops required at therapeutic pressures.
Post-Session
